About Us

Graceful Residential Care is a family and veteran owned business.  Led by co-founders, Veteran US Army Sergeant Rutherford "Don" Panopio, his wife, Sabine Panopio, and his sister, Social Worker, Pamela F.P. Torigoe, MSW, Graceful Residential Care is driven by its core values of service, integrity, respect, community, and family.  

We are a Licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly with years of experience in the industry.  Our compassionate and caring staff will assist your loved one with their day to day needs and facilitate all care coordination for their medical appointments.  We are committed to leveraging technology to help entertain, stimulate, and connect all of our residents.

Graceful Residential Care utilizes an Electronic Health Record (EHR) to create individualized care plans and can provide access to family members as appropriate.  We utilize application software to help keep our resident’s minds active and to stimulate memory. 

 

In addition to offering flexible visiting hours, Graceful Residential Care home is also equipped with video chat capabilities to help facilitate regular communication between our residents and their families.  We also offer a wide array of recreational activities both on and off site such as gardening, game nights, excursions, karaoke nights, and much more.
